Starting in November 2011, we will be offering Group Cooking Lessons at the Cottage with Chef Carl McConnell. Based on recipes featured in our cookbook
Stone Soup Cottage: A Vignette of Seasonal Recipes
, the lessons will consist of a 3 course tasting menu paired with wines. Three 3 oz. wine pairings are included with each menu.
Doors open 30 minutes prior to start time to allow time to settle in with an a la carte cocktail or glass of wine. Classes last approximately 2 hours.
Classes are $50.00 per person (plus tax) - a credit card is required to hold your place.* Classes are limited to 16 guests. Call the Cottage for more information at 636-244-2233 or email Amy at
