Decreasing Stress and Nervous System Support with Katie Snyder 
 Learn the foundations of breathwork and how to integrate it into daily life to support the nervous system + self-regulation. Katie will facilitate a guided meditation with cues for self-reiki for compassionate stress relief and self-care.

11 AM - 12 PM
Nourish Your Body and Inspire Your Soul 
Lunch and Learn- Tableside Chat with Stacie and Rick Fessler 

Carl and Nancy have prepared a sumptuous seasonal spa menu to nourish your body and soul.  This will be served family style on long European Style picnic tables overlooking the flower fields and pond.  Farm fresh menu with various proteins to accommodate all palates, including vegetarian.    
 
Rick + Stacie will give an inspirational speech about rediscovering your purpose and recognizing
the value in yourself and others.

12:30 - 1:30 PM
60 min YOGA with Katie Snyder

 Join Katie for a strong, grounded, and accessible slow-flow class that blends aspects of Hatha, Kundalini, and Vinyasa yogas. Participants can expect a combination of fluid flow, dynamic movement and deep stretching. 

1:45 - 3:15 PM 
90 min Breathwork & Gong Journey with Katie Snyder

Join Katie for a rejuvenating journey of transformational trauma-informed breathwork and gong sound healing to bring deep release and restoration to mind, body and heart. Participants will be guided with the breath into greater intimacy with one’s nervous system, opening one to be better attuned to the needs being communicated from the body. 

3:30 - 4:30 PM
 Essential Oils Chakra Sensory Workshop with Annie Rocchio

Through sensory experience, learn the benefits and use of essential oils in balancing energetics and the chakras.

Take a tour with Le Champ de Fleurs farmer and learn about what we are growing

Monica Quentin

Monica Adams Quentin is an award-winning television and radio host with 30 years of experience.  Monica was the morning host for WIL, Health and Wellness host on KMOX, Anchor, traffic reporter, and entertainment reporter for Fox 2 and KSDK.

Monica has been a wellness director, transformation specialist, and personal trainer for 25 years.  She incorporated life coaching in her widely popular Transformation Journey Program 7 years ago and has followed a path to private life coaching since mental health took center stage over the last three years.

In January of this year, Monica launched her brand, The Real Monica Adams, which encompasses all of her passions in Broadcasting, Life Coaching, Training, and personal styling.  She is a motivational speaker, emcee, an auctioneer, and. 9w hosts her podcast show live M-F at 7 am.

Katie Snyder

Katie is an impassioned trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, yoga and meditation teacher, sound facilitator, reiki practitioner, and embodiment guide. Her love for yoga has taken her through over 17 years of practice and has been the guiding heartbeat of her life throughout those years, setting the foundation for her exploration deeper into the realms of the heart.

 

Katie has received extensive training and mentorship in trauma-informed leadership through Experience Freedom, deepening her skills as a transformational coach. She facilitates transformational trauma-informed breathwork birthed from her studies with Pause breathwork and Kundalini Yoga and provides compassionate, holistic wellness guidance supported by her studies with the Institute for the Psychology of Eating.  Her present study in Massage Therapy and background in Occupational Therapy fosters her passion to help restore embodied harmony and to find a supportive wellness practice for every body.

Rick + Stacie

Rick and Stacie Fessler are entrepreneurs and founders of Vidl life.   Rick grew up on a farm and that farm life taught him an incredible work ethic.  Together they authored Maestro, part of the Savannah Valley books in the wildly popular Chicken Soup for the Soul books from Mark Victor  Hansen. 

 

These two will give you the tools to reinvent your life at any age. "You were built for this" will become your mantra after this lunch and learn and you will walk away feeling empowered and ready to take on the world. 

Tickets are non-refundable. Should we experience inclement weather the event will moved to a new date. If you are unable to attend the new date a full refund will be given.
